I have super low speed on my PS4 internet. MBPS download 5 MBPS upload, but when I plug that cord into my ps4 I get 7-8 Mbps download and less then 1 Mbps upload. but not this bad, and not enough to make share play unusable. So that does report faster, (still not 50 MBPS like on the computer
